Terms & Conditions
Operational policies for Bloom Integrative Wellness & Aesthetics.
1. Clinical Engagement
By booking a consultation or treatment at Bloom Integrative Wellness & Aesthetics, you enter into a professional relationship with Dr. Michelle Bosman. Our care is evidence-based and personalized, requiring active participation and honest disclosure of medical history from the patient.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a clinical assessment deems the requested procedure unsuitable or unsafe for the patient's specific biological profile.
2. Appointment Policy
Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients on our waiting list.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to ensure the next patient is not delayed. The full fee for the scheduled service will still apply.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a cancellation fee or the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
3. Fees & Payment
Bloom is a private, fee-for-service practice. Payment is required in full at the time of consultation or treatment via EFT, credit card, or cash.
Medical Schemes: We do not bill medical schemes directly. Patients are responsible for settling their accounts with us first. We provide a detailed invoice with medical billing codes which patients may use to claim reimbursement from their respective medical aids, subject to their individual plan benefits.
4. Results & Liability
Aesthetic and functional medicine treatments are biological interventions. While we strive for excellence, individual results may vary based on genetics, lifestyle, and physiological response. No guarantee of specific outcomes is made.
Patients are required to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by the clinical team to ensure safety and optimize results.
5. Clinical Confidentiality
Clinical confidentiality is the cornerstone of our practice. All information shared during consultations, within your patient profile, or through diagnostic testing is strictly confidential and protected by doctor-patient privilege.
Information will only be shared with third parties (such as referring physicians or laboratories) with your explicit consent, or when required by law. Our digital systems are encrypted and compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
